Cluster Operation of the Inverter vision three

This page describes how to set up a cluster consisting of multiple Battery vision systems and the Battery vision clusterbox.

    Inverter and Battery Combinations

    Connection to the SOLARWATT Manager

    Connection

Notes on Connecting to a SOLARWATT Manager:

    • When setting up a cluster, the SOLARWATT Manager requires data from the grid connection point via a direct connection.
    • The DTSU 666 duo RS485 CT 100A has two RS485 interfaces (see Figure 1 below)
    • When using the DTSU 666 RS485 CT 200A, a second meter is therefore required for the connection to the Manager. The Shelly pro 3EM (see Figure 2 below) is suitable for this purpose

    Cluster Operation Without Backup

    Separate backup outputs

    Max. number of devices

A maximum of 10 Inverter vision three inverters can be connected to the clusterbox if no emergency power load is connected or if the inverters' emergency power outputs operate separately and are NOT linked.

    Parallel Backup Outputs

    Max. number of devices

A maximum of 4 Inverter vision three inverters can be connected to the clusterbox if the emergency power outputs of the inverters are to be connected in parallel.
