Commissioning Battery vision clusterbox

This page describes the settings required on the Inverter vision three devices and the Battery vision clusterbox for commissioning a cluster system.

    • Inverter display initially shows 'Meter lost fault'
    • if the additional power supply for the Clusterbox has been set up: switch on the corresponding fuse

    The Clusterbox starts initialization: LED RUN changes from red to green, LED CLOUD changes from flashing green to permanently green.

    • Press and hold the start button of the Clusterbox for approx. 3 seconds until the COM LED flashes green (this takes a few minutes).
    • The process is complete when the COM LED lights up continuously.

    ATTENTION

    For cluster systems with parallel backup operation, an additional commissioning step is required in the SOLARWATT Pro app.

    This step is not mandatory for a cluster without backup or separate backup operation,

    Calling up the Clusterbox WebUI

    There are several ways to access the WebUI of the Clusterbox:

    Via the network and the serial number of the Clusterbox

    Prerequisite: Laptop/tablet/mobile phone must be in the same network as the Clusterbox

    • Open the browser and enter the following URL:
      http://ems-SERIENNUMMER-DER-CLUSTERBOX.local
      Example:
      Serial number 2R9Z4avf99pa181
      URL: http://ems-2R9Z4avf99pa181.local

    Via a direct connection

    LAN connection

    • Connect the laptop/tablet/mobile phone directly to the Clusterbox (WAN connection) via a LAN cable
    • Open the browser and call up the web UI via the IP address: http://192.168.1.136

    Wi-Fi connector

    • Connect laptop/tablet/mobile phone to the Wi-Fi EMS-SERINNUMMER-DER-CLUSTERBOX
      Example: Serial number 2R9Z4avf99pa181
      Wi-Fi-SSID: EMS-2R9Z4avf99pa181
    • Open the browser and call up the web UI via the IP address: http://192.168.1.136
    • the default password is: admin
    • the password must be redefined the first time you log in

    Wi-Fi configuration via the Clusterbox WebUI

    • Call up the WebUI
    • Select menu item Network Configuration
    • Select menu item Lan configuration
    • Select WiFi connection type
    • SelectWiFi configuration
    • Select network and enter password
    • Save with Save
