Unpacking

• Provide a suitable forklift truck for the discharge and observe the capacities of the forklift truck
• The dimensions and weight of the delivered pallet can be found in the respective module data sheet

• Place the delivered pallets on a firm and level surface
  
• Carefully remove the outer lashing straps
  
• carefully unstack the upper pallet, if present(in the case of Panel vision XS: incl. the additional 10 modules) with a forklift truck (check again in advance that all straps are separated) and place on a firm and level surface
  
• Remove intermediate layer of wood, if present
  
• Remove the film wrapping (please do not use knives or similar sharp tools to avoid damaging the modules)
  
• Carefully remove the inner lashing straps
  
• in the case ofSOLARWATTPanel vision XS: unstack the top 10 modules
  Further shipping and storage of the modules only in a horizontal position( observe theSolarwatt packaging instructions )!

• After removing the lashing straps, do not leave the modules in the box unattended (risk of tipping!)

• Lift off the cardboard cover

• Carefully open/lift off/remove the outer packaging

Variant 1

• Carefully lift the cardboard box upwards
  
• Lean the back of the pallet against an immovable resistance (e.g. a wall or another modular pallet) to stabilize it

• Remove the inner tensioning strap
  
• The modules are fixed together with adhesive tape. For each module to be removed individually, remove the adhesive tape on the module edges
  
• Carefully remove each additional solar panel as described
  
• Before removing a solar panel, make sure that the modules behind it are still secured with the adhesive tape! DANGER OF TIPPING!
  
• Only ship and store the modules in a horizontal position( observethe Solarwatt packaging instructions )!

Variant 2

• Open the outer packaging to the front
  
• Note the "Open this side" marking

• The modules are attached to each other with adhesive tape. For each module to be removed individually, remove the adhesive tape on the module edges
  
• Carefully remove each additional solar panel as described
  
• Before removing a solar panel, make sure that the modules behind it are still secured with the adhesive tape! DANGER OF TIPPING!
  
• Only ship and store the modules in a horizontal position( observethe Solarwatt packaging instructions )!

Variant 3

• remove modules delivered horizontally on a pallet upwards

Variant 4 (for XXL modules)

Due to the module size, we recommend using a support (see illustration) for unpacking. The support is available from Solarwatt on request.

• Follow the instructions for unpacking

• Remove the cardboard base
• Properly dispose of packaging materials (cardboard, wood, plastic)
