SOLARWATT Manager - September 2026 Update Notes

This month, we've released a new update for the SOLARWATT Manager to improve commissioning and operation, especially for larger and more complex sites!

New Features and Bug Fixes

• We've improved device discovery, giving users the ability to control and approve discovered devices on the network during setup
  • This now makes it much easier to commission sites with multiple managers on the same network!
• SMA Meters have been given more stable connectivity with the manager
• We've fixed an issue with sessions which was known to prevent logins until the device reboots
• For gateways with a large number of assets, cloud synchronisation has been improved
  • Device properties and settings are now more stable and easier to configure
• We've improved communication between the CHINT Meter and Manager,
  • This ensures that the Meter values are properly calculated into our optimization algorithms
• The dashboard now displays the current device time correctly even if left in the background for long periods of time
