Limitation of liability

Solarwatt assumes no liability for personal injury, property damage, product damage or consequential damage caused by failure to follow these installation and operating instructions. Furthermore, Solarwatt is not liable for damage to the product caused by improper use, repairs, opening of the charger and all actions performed by unqualified electricians not certified by Solarwatt. This limitation of liability also applies to the use of unauthorized spare parts and failure to comply with specified maintenance intervals. Unauthorized modifications or technical changes to the product are prohibited.
